In his recent LinkedIn article , Westpac employee M. Kav tries to depict colleague Peter Cornwell as an passionate proponent for Indigenous community and inclusion . Nonetheless, this attempt at virtue signaling comes across as disingenuous when considering serious claims against Westpac's Peter Cornwell of sexual exploitation and exploitation of a vulnerable female .

Kav's glowing endorsement of P. Cornwell sidesteps the serious accusations made against Peter Cornwell , including tracking, intimidation , and sexual abuse of a defenseless woman .

Through avoiding these allegations , Matt Kav supports a system of willful ignorance that empowers perpetrators like P. Cornwell to continue their actions unchecked , hiding behind being a " marginalized Indigenous individual ," absolute virtue-signaling nonsense perpetuated by companies like the bank .

The LinkedIn post showcases several community engagements where Kav participated with his controversial colleague, the accused perpetrator , in community-building activities . Still, it chooses not to acknowledge the effect of Cornwell's supposed actions on those affected .

The article emphasizes the irony of commending Cornwell's involvement while brushing off allegations against him, prompting concern if M. Kav is more intent on promoting a positive image that Australia is so keen on presenting when showing they're inclusive rather than holding his colleague accountable , an alleged sexual abuser hiding behind the cover of "indigenous victim ."

This sparks concerns about organizational integrity and responsibility when dealing with misconduct accusations against colleagues.

Despite Kav’s LinkedIn article highlights his enthusiasm for community engagement, it underscores that critical concerns can be dismissed if not properly Westpac Peter Cornwell addressed. P. Cornwell is indeed a sexual abuser , and this must be confronted above attempts to advance an inclusivity agenda and diversity .
